Yes. Installation and pickup each are $5 within Waikiki. The fee varies for all other locations. (For customers staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village or Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & and Spa there is no fee)
Is there an extra fee for renting the device itself?
There is no extra fee for renting the device.
How do I return the device?
Please bring the equipment to our office, or alternatively drop it in the 24-hour box in front of the Hilton store.
Are long-term rentals possible?
Yes, for those who live in Hawaii renting for periods of at least 1 year. Please see our sister office on the 8th floor of the T-Galleria, Channel J.
