Can you give me an example of how much it costs?

For example, a 3-day rental would come to $15.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by cash or personal check at our office.
Do you do home visits for installation, pickup, or technical support?
Yes. Installation is free. There is a charge for pickup or technical support that depends on location.
Is there an extra fee for renting the device itself?
There is no extra fee for renting the device.
What do I do with the device at expiration of the contract?
You must return the device and peripherals (HDMI cords) to our office. Or arrange in advance for us to pick it up at your hotel.
Are long-term rentals possible?
Yes. For those who live in Hawaii we offer long-terms rentals, handled by our sister office, Channel J
What do I need in order to set up a device in my home?
You will need an internet connection. For best picture quality, your connection should be able to handle speeds of at least 10Mbps. The device can connect to your router wirelessly, or directly to your modem using an ethernet cable (a short ethernet cable is included in our package).
You will also need a TV monitor with an HDMI port.
